There are many ways you can support our work and contribute to the Clyde Marine Mammal Project. We are a not-for-profit organisation and rely on community sightings, volunteer time and contributions to undertake marine mammal research on the Clyde.
Join the CMMP Network
The Clyde Marine Mammal Project is part of a national sightings network and tasked with coordinating a marine mammal and community sightings network around the Clyde. We are actively looking for people to make a positive contribution to the project and always welcome new members.
Volunteer with CMMP
Volunteers are essential to the work of the Clyde Marine Mammal Project and welcome to assist us aboard our research yacht to collect data on cetacean species, seals and basking sharks, contributing to the first long term and year-round survey of the Clyde marine ecosystem.
We currently seeking funding for much needed scientific and educational equipment to further the aims of the project. Every contribution makes a huge difference, no matter how small.
